Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a subscription is activated and content has been accessed, we are unable to offer refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances — When We May Issue a Refund:

We understand that issues can arise, and we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You never received access to your subscription despite a successful payment (and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours).
  • The subscription content was significantly different from what was described on the product page.

  • Registered email address
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
